All web sites, logos, graphic design, and all art services are initially created by Carnell Design before any charges are presented to the client. Changes and updates are made until you the customer are completely satisfied with the ordered product. Web sites are created on Carnell Designs' servers and are only published live after the customer is satisfied and payment has been received. Once payment is received no refunds can be issued.

Carnell Design stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Indeed, Carnell Design takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
• Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
• Any mistakes made by Carnell Design after the customer has proofed and accepted the design.

Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Carnell Design does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Downloadable & Installable Content
Since our online store is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services we do not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded and/or installed. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. That specifically refers to an incorrect download link being sent to a customer, in which case we will gladly rectify the situation by sending the correct link. The deadline for any exchange is 24 hours after the download issue date.

We do not under any circumstances issue refunds for our installation services. This is non-refundable since it is not returnable. You are responsible for understanding this before you complete your purchase for our installation service.

Shopping Carts
Most of our ecommerce templates are designed for the Oscommerce open source shopping cart. There are several different versions of osCommerce scripts (Creloaded, ZenCart) available on the internet, all our scripts are designed to work with a clean install of osCommerce (http://www.oscommerce.com/) unless specified in the actual information page. Some of our products contain only the template graphics and some include the php coding and template images. Please be aware of this before ordering, as refunds will not be issued.
