Website Design Order Information Form

Within this form are the general questions that will be asked about your website design. Once the form is completed we will review all information and contact you to discuss the best options for your business. Remember you will only be charged after completion of the website. Step 1: You Fill Out the Web Site Order Form Once you choose the package you want to order, fill out our simple order form with the information about your company and the design specifications for your website.

Step 2: Send Us Pictures & Any Additional Information The more information you send about your business and products or services you offer, the better your web site will work. Any text, logos, brochures, and pictures you have available will help to ensure a successful web site. Also if there are other web sites you really like, send us a link. Carnell Design will take care of the rest!

Step 3: We Assign a Designer & Present Your Home Page Once we receive your information, we will assign a designer and present your new home page within 5 business days. We will continue to change the home page until you are completely satisfied. Once you are happy we will design the entire site.

Step 4: Review Completed Web Site & Submit Changes You will then be presented with the completed site. You will submit any changes you have and once your web site is just the way you want it, it will be ready to go live.

Step 5: Web Site Confirmation & Payment Once we receive a confirmation and payment from you, we will post your web site live. It's that easy!
